I'm an Enablement Consultant and Advisor with 20 years of experience focused on scaling, mentoring, and enabling high-performing teams. I've worked with leading companies including Airbnb, Salesforce, Zenefits, and FinancialForce and now run my own independent consultancy helping organizations build world-class enablement functions.

Passionate about supporting women in their career journeys, I'm also building toward coaching women who are ready to take charge of their futures, whether that means stepping into leadership, navigating a transition, or finding clarity and confidence in their work.

One of my career highlights was implementing the Lean In program globally at Salesforce with Sheryl Sandberg and her team. My passion is to help others realize their full potential, and I prioritize my free time as a Board member for WNorth, a global organization supporting women in tech.
