Hi, I'm Quyen or Q.

I spent nearly 20 years in corporate tech, leading global go-to-market and enablement at companies like Airbnb and Salesforce (plus Zenefits and FinancialForce). I followed the expected path, and on paper, it worked.

Then I started running the quiet math: income, stability, identity, energy, and presence. In December 2025, I left my corporate role with real financial and family responsibilities still on the table.

Now I help successful mid-career professionals create more career and financial options before they desperately need them. That might mean staying with stronger boundaries, changing companies, taking a break, building another income stream, or eventually leaving corporate.

One of my career highlights was implementing the Lean In program globally at Salesforce with Sheryl Sandberg and her team. My passion is to help others realize their full potential, and I prioritize my free time as a Board member for WNorth, a global organization supporting women in tech.
